We are a small, family company and are overjoyed that so many parents want a TravelSnug for their little one. Please be patient with us as we adjust to the increased demand for our product. 

All TravelSnugs are lovingly hand-made to order. We make your TravelSnug for you. That means we have longer lead times and it may take a while to arrive with you. We also prioritise the dispatch of our TravelSnugs by travel dates. So, 
please tell us your travel dates. All orders are then dispatched via courier.

All TravelSnugs are packed and posted 
separately so we are unable to reduce postage costs if you purchase more than one TravelSnug.

For European and International orders, you may be responsible for paying import taxes. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, nor delays, incurred at customs.

We're sure that you & your little one are going to absolutely LOVE your TravelSnug, but if you have any questions about your TravelSnug, please contact us via email and we will try to rectify the situation. We accept UK returns 14 days from the date your TravelSnug arrives, if returned in original packaging and in un-used condition.

Currently, we are unable to accept returns from overseas.
